Women, children, sheep

Is there any better investment in our children's future than helping resolve our root problems, one resilient community at a time?

The Resilient Communities Network's teams of volunteers have invested over two years to develop a comprehensive process to facilitate this goal. We now require modest seed funding to finish development of our tech platform, organizational development program, outreach campaign, and technical support system. These are already in progress, but we need money to fund a more intensive effort to finish development and deployment.

Getting Up and Running

The technical components have been assembled to provide the initial necessary platform functions. We urgently need to pay technical specialists to configure these components to work together seamlessly, and to activate the system, work out any bugs, maintain the system, and refine it as needed. It is just too much to achieve on a volunteer basis. The times call for us to be up and running “like yesterday” so that we can implement our far-reaching outreach campaign and organizing program.

Steps to Full Operation That Require Immediate Funding

  • Assemble and activate our Community Engagement Platform and database.
  • Begin the first prototype cohort for the Stewardship Collective.
  • Develop orientation and support content for Newcomers, Communitarians, and Stewards.
  • Launch and grow a comprehensive Outreach Campaign.
  • Secure professional legal and accounting services as needed.
  • Add necessary staff and organize volunteers.

Please Donate Now

We already have one commitment of $5000 to get this plan started, of which $3000 has been spent. We need $20,000 more now, but our development team cannot fund it ourselves. Any amount is appreciated and a few larger donations would go a long way. If you might consider a more substantial donation, please contact us here. We are happy to answer any questions or explore other forms of support you may be able to offer. To support us you need not be intending to join a Resilient Community. That all depends on your own circumstances. You only need to recognize the critical necessity of this project to provide livable future options for our children and children's children. Please join us now to help launch the Resilient Communities Network.
